0 Question: I don`t know how to call but there is this whitish milky layer that forms around the eye and causes poor visibility what causes it Asked by 225bm1926 to Grace, Doris on 7 Jun 2019.

I’m not sure? I did a search and found something called a “corneal haze”? but I am not sure if this is what you wre referring to?
I’d recommend going to the eye doctor if you/someone you know has such an issue!
