A muscle cramp is an involuntarily and forcibly contracted muscle that does not relax. Maybe caused by dehydration, exercise, poor blood circulation, not stretching enough, Muscle fatigue etc

Hello! a muscle cramp is caused by a contraction of one of your muscles that happens invountarily (without you actually initiating it). These can be due to muscles either being over or under-worked, or if you haven’t drunk enough water, or if one is low in electrolytes, etc.
