• Question: what happened in the digestion track when someone is fasting?

      When someone is fasting, they are not eating therefore all the components of the digestive system including the enzymes etc. are “resting” and not digesting food 🙂 Intermittent fasting has actually been suggested to help the digestive system function better, because it gets a brief break
