Hmm…. people fall in love with one another when they find themselves in a situation where they both make each other’s lives better in some way. Basically if you find someone who increases the quality of your life, and you do the same for them then that’s a possible reason to fall in love with them! Also, love is one of the components of the relationship type that allow humans to procreate and continue the species- but that’s more a byproduct of love rather than the sole purpose I think.
