I think that water helps to calm and relax one’s muscles, so that might be one reason why someone might feel rejuvenated.
Also, for most people, showering/bathing gives them a concentrated bit of time to rest and focus, or take a brief break from life’s hecticness. Lastly, a bath is a task where you can feel like you’ve achieved something ie: you started dirty, then you end up clean, which might help you if you feel like you’re not making progress with your goals. All these things together are likely why one feels energetic after a bath! 🙂
