  I think that someone who is struggling with some sort of mania might look confused/move weirdly because they no longer have control of themselves and their mental and physical faculties.
  If you see someone like this, please inform your teacher/get help from an adult because when someone is unable to control themselves, it isn’t safe for an untrained person/non-health professional to interact too closely with them. Be safe!
