I think that there aren’t so many studies (as far as actual conclusive data) re: red meat eating…. But as far as I know, there are critiques of the high amount of fat in red meat, therefore eating too much red meat might give you too much bad fat which can increase the risk of heart disease (by clogging arteries, and minimizing efficient function of the heart)

There is also the argument that the consumption of red meat is bad for the environment because of how cows/animals are generally treated….
Ultimately, the ethics of red meat aside, too much of anything is bad for you, so I think if you eat red meat in moderation you’ll be hopefully ok! 🙂
