Mhhhh, I would say they do, but not easily detectable as for guys, some people refer it to as engorgement. Blood flows to some part of the genitals

Hmm. women don’t get erections as such, but maybe a comparable word to indicate the female physiological response to sexual arousal is engorgement, where blood supply will rush to sexual organs. Some further much more detailed answers can be found at these resources.
