pimples are caused when the oil glands in the skin become infected…there are several things one can do to minimize the chances that this happens, but prevention is a bit hard.
oil is a normal part of skin, but sometimes when it is overproduced, it can cause problems..so some key tips include washing the face with a gentle soap to get rid of excess oil, making sure to wash off excess sweat, and makeup etc. which can also clog the pores.
Lastly, the skin can sometimes be a reflection of what’s happening inside, so it is important to be well hydrated. If one does get pimples/acne, it’s perfectly normal, and a visit to the doctor will help you navigate the best option to help!

3. Hygiene. Not washing the hair and face regularly can lead to oily deposits on the forehead and blockages that prompt acne.
4. Hair products. Some hair products, such as gels, oils, or waxes, are linked to breakouts of acne that is known as pomade acne.
5. Skin irritation. Using makeup on the forehead or wearing clothing such as hats, can irritate the forehead and also lead to acne. Frequently touching the forehead can also aggravate the skin and trigger acne.
