      usually these happen when oil glands in the skin become infected leading to small inflammed spots that usually have pus, (which is made of dead white blood cells that were sent to fight the infection)

      Pimples develop when sebaceous glands, or oil glands, become clogged and infected, leading to swollen, lesions filled with pus.
