  I got a scholarship through KEMRI

  Colleges and Universities sometimes have scholarships and programs that allow ppl to study abroad!
  
  Also, there are study abroad agencies (but I must warn that they are often very expensive) for which you have to pay money for them to place you in a uni abroad.
